Narayanam Hotel - Gwalior

The food here was fantastic - they had so many options to choose from. Our room even had a nice bathtub, which was a great addition. I really liked how the hotel is right in the heart of the city. 🌟

Location: the hotel was close to Gwalior for the facility, the Railway Station and center of the city. The idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the a double room was nice!

Cozy room with enough space and a nice bathroom. They've got all the basics covered - A/C, a big TV, and even a mini-fridge! 🌟

Great Weekend the weekend was fantastic with lots of exciting activities and explorations. the staff were courteous, and the environment was clean and well maintained. the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi made the stay more enjoyable. the hotel is conveniently located near several tourist attractions and amenities.

Room Service and Management Unfortunately, the management and room service are below par. the billing process was unclear, and the staff seemed uninterested in handling customer concerns.

During our recent city break, we were pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service and hospitality of the hotel staff. The location was perfect, just a short ride from the train station. Our room was spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities provided. We especially enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff readily assisted us with arranging transportation to nearby attractions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although our overall experience was positive, we did have a minor issue with the staff's communication regarding our billing process. However, this was eventually resolved and did not significantly affect our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and they fulfilled all our special requests promptly. The location was excellent and we found it easy to move around this city. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and there were hand sanitizers available throughout the property. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean.

The location of the hotel is convenient to reach from the railway station with a short taxi ride. The rooms are clean and comfortable with adequate toiletries.
